Bonjour! I’m Patrick — a native French speaker born and raised in France, now living in Ireland for over 20 years.
I’ve always loved teaching and sharing my passion for the French language. For me, learning a language should feel practical, enjoyable, and useful. That’s why I focus on what you really need — whether you’re a student aiming to succeed in exams or an adult who simply wants to feel comfortable speaking French while visiting a French-speaking country.
Over the years, I’ve seen friends and some students struggle with French — not because they couldn’t learn, but because of the way it was taught. Too often, lessons were over-complicated, focused on things that weren’t really useful, or left people feeling they lacked confidence.
I believe in cutting through the over-complicated grammar and unnecessary details, and instead focusing on clarity, confidence, and real-life communication. My goal is to make French not just something you study, but something you enjoy using.
